S-LINE® is a rubber-based embedded rail fastening system developed by RAYBA YAPI for embedded and grooved railway track. The rail is encapsulated in rubber profiles and set directly into the fixing concrete; no metal fastening components, base plates, insulation tape or filler materials are required.
Full encapsulation of the rail prevents stray currents and the corrosion they cause, and damps the vibration and rail noise generated by train loads. Installation is fast, the system requires no maintenance under normal conditions, and its service life equals that of the rail.
